We’ve introduced a new service to help you to take good care of your skin from the comfort and safety of your own home.   Book a video call with one of our team and we’ll talk through any skin concerns you may have and recommend the best treatments and products.  We will then arrange for the products to be delivered to you at home.

In these challenging times it’s important that we all take care of ourselves and each other.  If you’re feeling sad, lonely or isolated, booking a call could also be a good way to talk things through and boost your spirits.   We’re really happy to be a familiar, friendly face and share the latest advice and tips for how we can all get through this difficult time together.

Please tell your friends – this service is open to everyone, not just existing clients.  If you would prefer a phone call rather than a video call, that’s OK too.   Just complete the form below and we’ll be in touch.

How to Book a Video Call

1)  Choose how you want us to contact you 

If you have an iPhone, Facetime will already be installed on it by default. Simply add your mobile phone number to the form below and once we have this info we will contact you.

Fill in your mobile phone number in the form below and ensure you have Whatsapp installed on your phone.  If you don’t currently have the app, you can download it from your app store. Further information is available here

Facebook Messenger 
In order to use this method you need to have the Facebook Messenger app installed on your device. Click here for Apple devices or Click here for Android.

Once you have the app on your phone all you need to do is add Penny as a Friend and we’ll be ready to contact you. Sparx have a newly created facebook profile solely to handle these calls – please follow this link and “friend” the profile –
